Training Camp in Spain

Just stumbled over this, training camp in Spain in February. Too late for us to go of course, just thought it would be worth thinking about as an alternative format for a summer carnival, who needs all those races, as opposed to some quality training, some fun times and a WRE to cap it off...

Oceania Sprint Distance Training

Squad Email from Carsten - Super Series Soon

Hi There SquadStars!

Great to see lots of great results at the Oceania 2009 including the Bushrangers-Pinestars Testmatch win, the ANZ challenge win and the Schools Test win! Great stuff!

But yep the 2nd round of the SuperSeries and JWOC Trials is coming up sooner rather than later and it is time to get the entries in. Here is the information on how to do it!

From Beverly Holder:

Hi All,

I am taking entries. I have just found out that I should have ALL entries - so that's Super Series as well as JWOC trials. Let me know what maps you want and e-stick numbers so I can put you on the list.

Some of you have told me but those who have not, need to let me know so we can pop them into the computer ready for the events.

Attached is the flyer for those of you who might not yet have seen it.

Beverley

Here's Beverley's email address d.dinsdale@xtra.co.nz Flick her an email with your name , SportIdent number and that you're running W21E/W20E or M21E/M20E at all the events including the Sprint.

You might have to take a quick look at the attached flier (W3.doc) to check dates. And then enter and it is pay on the day, It's a great extended weekend of orienteering and it is going to be fun fun fun!

Remember the classes you want to enter are W21E, W20E, M21E or M20E!

See you there!

There is also attached a document for the ones that want to put their name in for the first two rounds of the World Cup 2009. Looks like those events could be quite good fun as well!
